I believe it's a motel lol But it was worth it for the price. Close to everything, especially the Lapa arches. The service was okay, they tried their best to welcome us and succeeded. Huge bathroom, the bed linens were well washed and smelled nice. Breakfast was included and that was it. Very tasty, but just the basics. Worth it for one night.

If I had considered the reviews, I wouldn't have stayed at the hotel. I went at the last minute and couldn't find another place. I was well received at reception, everything was clean and well-maintained. The room was clean, smelled nice, the sheets were impeccable, and the walls were freshly painted. The parking lot is small but convenient for leaving the car after paying the daily rate. The breakfast lives up to the praise. Regarding it being a motel, I haven't heard anything like that, and in terms of physical appearance, it looks like a simple hotel, but comfortable, with a good location near the Lapa Arches, shops, and bars. The only suggestion is to leave the air conditioning button on so you can regulate the temperature; otherwise, I recommend it and would return.

I stayed in the simplest room on a weekday, great value, very well located hotel, I only stayed a few hours because I just wanted to have a moment of joy with my partner, the hotel met my expectations very well.

Very simple but everything works and the staff is outstanding. For the price this is one of the best deals in Lapa, especially when you consider free parking and breakfast. 24 hr front desk and room service.
